# Shipping

> Every strap ships free within the UK. Dispatched within 3 days, then 4 to 7 days in transit. Where the parcel comes from, and why we do not post to the US yet.

Your order is sent to our fulfillment partner, CJ Dropshipping, the moment it is paid. The parcel is posted to you direct from their warehouse in China, dispatched within 3 days, then 4 to 7 days in transit. We email you the moment the parcel is dispatched, with a tracking link when the carrier gives us one. You can cancel for a full refund at any time before dispatch.

## Rates

Every order. There is one strap and delivery inside the United Kingdom is free on it.

Those are calendar days, not business days, and they are the supplier's own quoted windows with headroom added. If a parcel runs past them, tell us and we will chase it or refund you.

## Import charges

Your parcel crosses a border on the way to you, so here is the plain answer: the price you pay at checkout is the whole price. Any import VAT or duty on the parcel is ours to pay, not yours, and nothing more is due when it arrives. If a courier ever asks you for a payment before it will hand the parcel over, do not pay it. Send us the demand and we will settle it with the courier or refund your order in full.

## Outside the UK

We deliver within the United Kingdom only for now. We don't post straps to the United States: since August 2025 the US charges import duty on every parcel, and for a strap that duty would be paid by you at the door, so we will only open US delivery from stock held inside the United States. Join the list below and we will email you the day that happens.

## December

Count back from December 25: up to 3 days to dispatch and 4 to 7 days in transit, plus a week of headroom for the Christmas post. We cannot promise a date once the carriers are at their busiest, and a parcel crossing a border in December is the one to order early.

## Late or lost parcels

If tracking has not moved for 5 business days, [contact us](https://setliststraps.com/contact/) with your order number and we will chase it. If a parcel is confirmed lost we send a replacement or refund you in full, your choice.
