# Terms of sale

> The terms that apply when you buy from us: prices, payment, delivery, returns, faults, and how disputes are handled. Plain language.

These terms apply to every order placed on this site. By placing an order you agree to them.

## Who you are buying from

Julian Corman, trading as Setlist Straps, Hailsham, East Sussex, BN27, United Kingdom. Contact: [hello@setliststraps.com](mailto:hello@setliststraps.com). We sell the strap; we do not make it. It is made by Soldier, and Setlist Straps is the retailer and the party responsible to you under these terms.

## Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling. We are not VAT registered, so no VAT is added to or shown on our prices. Prices include the product and UK delivery, and no order we can take today falls below the free delivery threshold. Payment is taken in full at checkout by Stripe. If a price is obviously wrong we may cancel the order and refund you before dispatch.

## Your order

An order is accepted when we send the dispatch email. Until then we may decline it, for example if the item is out of stock or the address cannot be verified, and refund you in full.

## Delivery

Delivery times on the [shipping page](https://setliststraps.com/shipping/) are estimates. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. If a parcel is lost in transit we replace or refund it. Your order is dispatched by our fulfillment partner, CJ Dropshipping, from a warehouse in China rather than by us, and we pass that partner your name, delivery address and phone number so the parcel can reach you. The price you pay at checkout is the whole price: any import VAT or duty on the parcel is ours to pay, and if a courier asks you for a payment on delivery, send us the demand and we will settle it or refund your order in full.

## Returns, refunds and faults

See the [returns page](https://setliststraps.com/returns/), which sets out canceling before dispatch, our 30-day returns with the return postage refunded, your 14-day statutory right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 with a model cancellation form, and how the UK return address is sent to you. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.

## Product descriptions

Leather is a natural material. Color, grain and marks vary between straps and photographs; that variation is not a fault. Where a measurement has not been confirmed to us by the maker we leave it out rather than estimate it, which is why this site states no width, no adjustable range in inches and no leather thickness.

## Liability

We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms or our negligence. We are not responsible for a loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything the law does not allow us to limit.

## Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer elsewhere you also have the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country.
