About Setlist Straps

Setlist Straps is a shop, not a workshop. We sell one guitar strap, and this page says who makes it, what we add, and what we won't claim.

Who makes the strap

Soldier, a guitar strap brand in China. The logo is embossed into the shoulder and into the end of every strap and reads Soldier Guitar and Bass Straps 2005, so you can see whose strap it is in the photographs before you order one. The strap is two layers of cowhide stitched together with a suede-finish back, and the length is set through a row of slots on the tail.

What we add

We buy it, price it in pounds, put it in front of people who are looking for a strap, and answer for it afterward. Your order goes to our fulfillment partner the moment it is paid and the parcel is posted to you direct from their warehouse in China. Dispatched within 3 days, then 4 to 7 days in transit. We email you the moment the parcel is dispatched, with a tracking link when the carrier gives us one. A return comes back to a UK address, not to China, and the refund comes from us. Who we are

Setlist Straps is run by one person, Julian Corman, from Hailsham in East Sussex. Every email to hello@setliststraps.com is read and answered by Julian, usually the same day and always within one business day.

What we do not do

• We don't describe ourselves as the maker, and we don't give the strap a house name to hide whose it is.
• We don't publish measurements nobody has given us. The width, the exact adjustable range and the leather thickness are not on this site, because the maker has not confirmed them. We asked on 14 September 2026.
• We don't put band logos, licensed art or copied tooling patterns on straps.
• We do not hide the wait or where the parcel comes from. Dispatched within 3 days, then 4 to 7 days in transit. The window is on the product page, in the cart and in your order email, and the parcel leaves China.
