Terms of sale

These terms apply to every order placed on this site. By placing an order you agree to them.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling. We are not VAT registered, so no VAT is added to or shown on our prices. Prices include the product and, for orders of £60.00 or more, tracked UK delivery; smaller orders pay £4.95 for tracked delivery. Payment is taken in full at checkout by Stripe. If a price is obviously wrong we may cancel the order and refund you before dispatch.

Your order

An order is accepted when we send the dispatch email. Until then we may decline it, for example if the item is out of stock or the address cannot be verified, and refund you in full.

Delivery

Delivery times on the shipping page are estimates. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. If a parcel is lost in transit we replace or refund it.

Returns, exchanges and faults

See the returns page, which sets out the free length exchange, our 30-day returns, and your 14-day statutory right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 with a model cancellation form. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.

Product descriptions

Full-grain leather is a natural material. Color, grain and marks vary between straps and photographs; that variation is not a fault. Dimensions are given to the nearest quarter inch.

Liability

We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms or our negligence. We are not responsible for a loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything the law does not allow us to limit.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer elsewhere you also have the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country.
