Regular fits most players from 5 ft 3 in to 6 ft who wear the guitar at waist height. Long is for players over 6 ft or who play low. The two-minute size guide walks you through it, and if you still get it wrong the exchange is free.

Full-grain cowhide on the face, natural suede on the back. Full-grain is the top layer of the hide with the grain left intact; it is the part that ages well. We do not use bonded or split leather.

Packed and posted from our base in the United Kingdom. Once a batch is in, orders leave within one business day; during a pre-order batch, dispatch is within the window shown on the product page. Tracked UK delivery is free on every strap and takes 1 to 3 business days. US delivery is planned for late 2026 from a US warehouse; leave your email on the shipping page and we will tell you the day it opens.

Return any unused strap within 30 days for a full refund. Wrong length exchanges are free, including the return label.

If the guitar has two strap buttons, yes. If it only has the tail button, add the headstock tie, which loops behind the nut with no drilling.

Not yet. Since August 2025 the US charges import duty on every parcel, so we will only open US delivery from stock held inside the United States, with nothing to pay at the door. Leave your email on the shipping page and we will tell you the day it opens.

Not always. A leather strap on a good button is secure once broken in. Strap locks are worth it on a heavy guitar, on a guitar with worn buttons, or if you move a lot on stage.

Not yet. We would rather ship a good strap in a day than a personalized one in six weeks. If that changes it will be on the product page.

The box and tissue are paper. The strap is wrapped in nothing else.
