This policy explains what Setlist Straps collects and why. It is written to be read, not skimmed.

What we collect

When you order: your name, delivery address, email, what you bought and the amount. Payment details are entered on Stripe's secure checkout page and never reach our servers.
When you write to us: your email and message.
When you join the list: your email and the page you signed up on.
Automatically: standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages visited) kept for 30 days for security, and a daily count of page views by page with no personal data.
Advertising: no advertising pixel runs today. If one is added, this page will name it and you will see a consent notice first.

What we do with it

We use order details to fulfill and ship your order, to send you the confirmation and tracking emails, and to answer questions about it. We use list emails to send occasional notes about new straps; every email has an unsubscribe link. We do not sell personal data.

Who we share it with

Stripe processes payment.
Royal Mail receives your name and address to deliver the parcel.
Cloudflare hosts the site and stores order records.
Resend sends transactional email.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for 6 years for tax purposes. Contact messages are deleted after 12 months. List emails are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (we keep the minimum required for tax records). Email hello@setliststraps.com. UK and EU customers can complain to their data protection authority.

Cookies

The site sets no tracking cookies. Your cart and your cookie choice are stored in your own browser's local storage and never leave it until you check out.
