Orders are packed and posted from our base in the United Kingdom within 1 business day of payment, Monday to Friday, by Royal Mail Tracked 48. During a pre-order batch, dispatch is within the window shown on the product page instead. You get a tracking link by email the moment the label is printed.

Outside the UK
We deliver within the United Kingdom only for now. We do not post straps to the United States, and the reason is honest: since August 2025 the US charges import duty on every parcel, and for a strap that duty would be paid by you at the door, so we will only open US delivery from stock held inside the United States. For delivery before December 25, order by December 19. Later orders still ship within a business day but we cannot promise the date.
Late or lost parcels
If tracking has not moved for 5 business days, contact us with your order number and we will chase it. If a parcel is confirmed lost we send a replacement or refund you in full, your choice.
